Benjamin Wojtyna
I fell in love with Pittsburgh as I grew up here, with my work at Carnegie Mellon growing interests in design and cycling. Techno-joy, I have it, and I live it, but I love balancing out pixels with sunlight and sawdust. In an age where technology has abstracted so many things, being able to fully understand, tinker and create an object, such as a bicycle, is a rare thing. Additionally, never owning a car has led to three interesting aspects in my life; loving to use my bicycle to get between point a and b, ranting about public transit benefits, or begging for a ride. The third choice is often not my best moment, but I will usually try and spin it positively as carpooling.
Distinctions:
Looking like all hell due to an altercation with a bunny rabbit.
His finest hour:
More concerned over his bicycle than any other personal belongings the morning after a ‘late evening.’
